Products Explanation of Taixing Foam Factory
1、Package material of EPS foam (volatilizable polystyrene)
The liquid vesicant of low boiling point is mixed into the volatilizable polystyrene particles when heated and pressed and infiltrates into the particles. So the polystyrene particles are dissolved to volatilizable polystyrene particles. When heated polystyrene intenerated and alkanes of low boiling point have volatilized which results in expansion of polystyrene particles. According to this principle polystyrene particles can be made into volatilizable polystyrene products through some processing procedu
res of pre-volatilization, shaping, drying and cutting. This kind of products can be applied to not only foam products of different density and shapes but also foam board materials of different thickness. They are widely used in the package of architecture, commodity and industrial goods.
2、 Shaping of Foam
Volatilizable polystyrene particles are heated and volatilized to bubble and then mixed into the mould to be heated and pressed into shape. When cooled and finally shaped the products become a kind of package material that is shockproof, white and has a system of closing holes. It also can reinforce the safety and reliability of the goods. It is indispensable materials in the industrial goods package such as TV set and wash machine and so on home appliances.

4 Chemical Capability
1.Not dissolve in: 1.water, 2.seawater, 3.hydrochloric acid of 36 %,4.hydrochloric acid of 36 %,5. vitriol of 95% and 45%, 6.phosphorous acid of 90% and 50%,7.Potassium acid of 80% and 40%, 8.nitric acid of 65% and 34%, 9.acetic acid of 70% and 30%, 10.caustic soda of 50% and 25%, 11.caustic potash of 50%, 12.methanol or ethanol.

2、 Dissolve in: acetone, chlorides hydrocarbon, benzene, toluol, compound gasoline, pine oil, aether and banana oil.
